Copy the whole code that is generated and return to your Facebook fan page, which should still be open.
Give your form a name and paste the code into the box.
Click on 'save'
Go back to your page and click on the tab with the ' ' sign and add your newsletter form.
Test your form subscribing to your own form to make sure that it works.
