It is no secret...People love receiving gift baskets, because it is fun to have a knock on the door and have a gift basket delivery person hand you a gift basket, or opening a box delivered by UPS and having one inside! Plus...for the senders...the sending of gift baskets makes life much easier!
Why fight the traffic, waste the gas, spend the time, to go to an over-crowded store or mall, shop for what you need, and then have to wait in line for a long time to pay for it? It seems worse than watching a film about insurance at work or sitting through a timeshare sales presentation, doesn't it?
But then...you have to drive home, wrap the items, then package them for mailing. (Damn, I just ran out of packing tape in the middle of this package preparation! Maybe I can finish with regular tape...will the post office folks mind?) Then after getting the package ready to be mailed, you have to drive to the post office, find a parking space (good luck) and then wait in a line that extends
all the way outside, as if you were lining up to by concert tickets for Paul McCartney!
After the waiting in line experience, during which you become tired, hungry and thirsty, and realize you need to go to the bathroom, you finally get your package mailed off to the gift recipient! Whew! That's a lot of time, money, effort, and work...just to show them that you care!
They will appreciate it, though, when they receive your gift! They also appreciate it just as much when you send them a Gift Basket Like These and let someone else do all of the work for you! Sending gift baskets can greatly simplify your life, particularly at a time of year when things are so busy and hectic everywhere you go!
So, don't be stressed and don't add additional chores to your never ending list of things to do! Try to lighten your load of work needing to be done!
