Greek Island Hopping
Crete is distinguishable by its mountains, and its rich history, including the leper island that sits just off Plaka. The colony was made defunct years ago, but it is a stark reminder of history, and you
can take a trip over to the island in the summer months.
Symi is a great island to visit if you prefer to get away from the beaches; its rocky landscape was once a favourite with the rich and famous, but now it is a favourite haunt for divers.
Santorini is now the popular island for the rich and famous, and is said to be the best island in Greece for views. It does however come at a cost, as the hotels are quite expensive. It's an island of extraordinary contrasts, with black volcanic sands, white cliffs and turquoise waters.
Make sure you have a Cheap Travel Insurance policy for your trip.
